Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.
OSIRIX products are supplied strictly for research use only and are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or clinical use.
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
- The order has not yet been processed or shipped.
- The wrong item was sent.
- The product arrived damaged and clear photographic evidence is provided within 48 hours of delivery.
- The shipment was lost and confirmed as lost by the carrier.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Incorrect product selection by the customer.
- Delays caused by postal or courier services.
- Orders refused, unclaimed, or returned due to incorrect shipping information.
- Products opened, used, tampered with, or stored incorrectly after delivery.
If you believe your order qualifies for review, contact us with your order number, email address, and supporting evidence.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Each case is reviewed individually.
OSIRIX reserves the right to refuse refunds where the claim is incomplete, abusive, fraudulent, or outside the conditions above.
