What is OSIRIX?
OSIRIX is a premium research supply brand focused on research-use compounds, batch documentation, third-party testing, and quality-controlled presentation.
Are OSIRIX products for human use?
No. All products listed on OSIRIX are strictly intended for research use only. They are not for human consumption, animal consumption, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or clinical use.
Are your products third-party tested?
OSIRIX aims to provide third-party testing and batch documentation where available. Product documentation may include purity reports, batch identifiers, and analytical testing information.
What does “Research Use Only” mean?
“Research Use Only” means the products are supplied solely for laboratory, analytical, or in vitro research purposes. They are not intended for personal use, medical use, or administration to humans or animals.
Do you provide dosage or usage guidance?
No. OSIRIX does not provide dosage instructions, administration guidance, medical advice, therapeutic guidance, or personal-use recommendations.
Where can I find batch documentation or COA information?
Where available, batch documentation and Certificates of Analysis may be displayed on the product page or provided through the Lab Testing section. Availability may vary by product and batch.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times depend on destination, carrier handling, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.
Do you ship internationally?
Shipping availability depends on the destination and applicable restrictions. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered are permitted in their country, region, or institution before placing an order.
Can I return or refund an order?
Due to the nature of research-use products, all sales are generally final once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped. Refunds may only be reviewed in limited cases such as damaged items, incorrect items, or confirmed carrier loss.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Contact OSIRIX within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the package, and photos of the damaged item. Claims submitted without evidence may not be accepted.
Can I cancel an order?
Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed, packed, or shipped. Once preparation has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Do you offer medical or pharmaceutical advice?
No. OSIRIX does not provide medical, pharmaceutical, diagnostic, therapeutic, dosage, administration, or clinical advice.
Who is responsible for product compliance?
