Shipping Policy

OSIRIX ships research-use products to eligible destinations only.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination, carrier, customs processing, and local delivery conditions. Delivery delays may occur and are outside of our direct control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. OSIRIX is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, tracking information may be provided where available.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered are permitted in their country, region, or institution before placing an order.

OSIRIX is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, seizure, refusal, duties, taxes, or additional fees applied by authorities or carriers.
